This weekend only, catch the shamefully limited release of Girlfriend, in which Ocean's 11, 12, and even 13 director Steven Soderbergh casts adult starlet Sasha Grey as a 22yr old, $2000/hr NYC call-girl-plus who's in the business of offering clients sex in addition to other stuff a girlfriend's supposed to provide, which makes you wonder why anyone would pay $2000/hour to get told to do the dishes for a goddamn change, or she's sleeping at her boss's tonight.

Calafate gets kindly with 2-for-1 drinks all damn evening, and they've also dropped new additions onto their $3-for-everything 4-6 Fri happy hour, including wine, house sangria, brews like Sierra, Blue Moon, Dos Equis, and Negro Modelo, and fresh tapas entries like camarones al vinajo (shrimp sautéed w/ garlic, white wine & a touch of cream), morcillita (blood sausage w/ rice & onions), and albóndiga a la romesco: a sauce made from roasted garlic, almonds, and hazelnuts over little meatballs, as if it wasn't nutty enough already.
